Semen is a natural lubricant made up of very little wet in itself. This is why we dont use water as lube. When cum touches water it alginates a bit like draw curdling in lemon juice but with less bits. The alginate is uber sticky then and ordain dry in the most unlikely places lol. This is completely normal though I'm not sure why. I suspect it might have something to do with the alter and the chemistry of the water. my boyfriend's semen sticks to me but we don't change surface have to be in the shower. Even if my skin is as dry as can be it sticks and it's really hard to get off.
